1. Category Analysis/Selection
Senior editorial members review and update categories annually to properly reflect changes in industry best practices, priorities and trends. We set requirements for detailed data, metrics and examples to help ensure that the nominees selected are the very best the industry has to offer.
2. Ensuring a Diverse Slate of Entrants
PropertyCasualty360 works to ensure that its recognitions honor the absolute best that the industry has to offer, and the only way to do that is to ensure that we receive an array of relevant nominations that represent diverse backgrounds, geographies and organization types. We leverage the PropertyCasualty360 community in an effort to assure that a broad swath of the industry is aware of and participates in these recognitions.
3. Nomination Review Process
In correspondence with the recognition’s criteria, our senior editors review all submissions without bias to select the industry’s most influential individuals, teams, organizations, programs, practices and products. Honorees are selected based on their scores in the following areas:
1. How well has the nominee stated and achieved goals with regards to the nomination category?
2. How impactful has the nominee been?
3. How measurable is this impact, either in quantitative or qualitative results?
4. How dedicated has the nominee been to furthering modernization and humanization in the P&C insurance business?
5. What level of commitment has the nominee shown to the highest ethical standards as well as dedication to service and excellence?
4. Recognition
Once the 2024 Insurance Luminaries have been notified of their selection, the honorees are profiled on PropertyCasualty360.com in early October.
