Marc Madonia is senior counsel in house at Starr Companies and is responsible for heading up Starr’s subrogation function. Prior to joining Starr, Marc was a partner at an international law firm and focused on representing a wide range of insurance companies in subrogation matters, nationwide. Marc has also worked as a plaintiff’s attorney and has tried 18 cases to jury verdict. Marc attended Seton Hall University School of Law, and is licensed to practice law in New York, New Jersey and North Carolina. Marc’s experience in subrogation extends back to before he attended law school, when he worked as a paralegal in the subrogation department of a major law firm.
