Scott Gurtman is Partner at Cruser, Mitchell, Novitz, Sanchez, Gaston & Zimet, LLP. He specializes in Civil Tort Litigation. Prior to joining Cruser Mitchell, Scott was an associate at an insurance defense firm in New York City, where he defended clients in matters involving labor law, construction defect claims, premises liability accidents, automobile claims and insurance coverage issues. Scott has tried and arbitrated cases throughout New York on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Scott is a graduate of Arizona State University and received his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1994.
