Otto Elkins serves as Senior Claims Counsel at Resilience, where he brings over two decades of experience in cyber claims management, insurance law, and litigation strategy. Before joining Resilience, Otto was a Cyber Claims Manager - AVP at AXIS, where he oversaw a team of claims professionals and collaborated closely with cybersecurity and underwriting teams to navigate emerging risks. Earlier in his career, he served as a Senior Claims Attorney at ABA Insurance Services and Great American Insurance Company where he handled Cyber, Director & Officers Liability, Errors & Omissions Liability, Employment Liability and Fidelity claims. Prior to his insurance experience, Otto practiced law at Ulmer & Berne LLP.

Otto earned his law degree summa cum laude from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and holds a B.A. in Sociology from Lee University. He’s a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a published contributor to legal and insurance texts.
