For over 30 years, Steven Badger has represented the property insurance industry in major catastrophe risk exposures. His work has included matters arising from numerous hurricanes, floods, explosions, COVID, and the 911 Terrorist Attack. For eight years Badger served on the Plaintiffs Executive Committee leading the multi-billion dollar subrogation action brought by insurers of the World Trade Center Complex, which ultimately resulted in a $1.2 billion recovery for the industry. Today, Badger’s practice is devoted entirely to representing the property insurance industry in responding to the significant increase in disputed claims after hailstorms and other weather events.
