12th Annual Executive Claims Dialogue

The objective of the Executive Claims Dialogue track is to provide a unique opportunity to examine issues that are critical to determining business success for insurers both now and in the future. The peer-driven discussions are informal and off-the-record.

The track begins with the Claims Dialogue. The moderator is Patti Harman, Editor-in-Chief of Claims Magazine, who sets the stage for the discussion by framing the issues and inviting participants to share their insights and experiences. Participants are encouraged to interact directly with their peers, ask questions themselves, offer real-world suggestions and solutions, and contribute to the discussion.

Following the Claims Dialogue session, attendees will participate in an interactive forum led by a guest speaker whose presentation will be geared towards this exclusive group. This year’s discussion will look at diversity and inclusion within the insurance industry.

The Executive Claims Dialogue Track is invitation only and focuses on claims executives and senior managers. Registration for the America’s Claims Executive Leadership Forum & Expo includes the Claims Dialogue.
