Andrew is a Property & Casualty Insurance Analyst based out of Celent’s New York office. He specializes in the claims process and issues relating to claims. He is particularly interested in helping insurers find ways to enhance their customer experience journey.
Andrew has authored multiple thought-leadership reports. His past research has focused on Touchless Claims, Claims-Focused Insurtechs, and how to employ behavioral economics to improve customer experience. He also moderated a session on Touchless Claims at Insurtech Connect last year.
