Lance has held several roles within personal lines claims for over 24 years, currently serving at Germania Insurance as the Chief Claims Officer. During his career, Lance has led teams in property, auto physical damage and bodily injury. Lance takes great pride in developing high performing teams and stimulates innovation at all levels of the organization. In his current role, Lance regularly works on continuous improvement and strategic initiatives at both the department and enterprise level. Over the past five years, Lance has directly participated in the digital transformation efforts of the organization in an effort to drive productivity and consistency gains. He has attained several certifications and designations in his career including the Associate in Claims and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
