Lori is responsible for program and organizational change management strategy in the Claim Transformation Center of Excellence at The Hanover Insurance Group. She oversees project execution and delivery of strategic innovation initiatives in partnership with business and IT to maximize competitive advantage and customer experience. She has responsibility for leading change navigation to reimagine new ways of working leveraging people, process, technology, and data to seamlessly support the future of claims vision.
