It’s not Human Resources as usual with Amy! As a Sr. Human Resources Manager with CSAA Insurance Group (CSAA IG), her passion for HR is thriving with 27 years in the HR profession, and 21 years with CSAA IG. The reason? She has always seen the future of HR and how it can influence and inspire business operations and company culture. Spending the first 15 years of her life in SE Asia and Africa has shaped and informed her leadership with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusive leadership. Never shy about voicing an alternative perspective, Amy’s ability to lead out front and having an original, farseeing perspective has led to the significant development and evolution of CSAA’s culture, leadership approach and employee experience and retention. She models this approach with her team of talented HR Business Partners and Consultants, as well as with her executive business leaders.

A resident of Las Vegas since 1989 (an unofficial local), Amy has a beautiful family including her husband, three grown stepchildren, her one-year-old grandson, Nainoa and four spirited rescued, senior Chihuahuas. With roots in Southern California and Hawaiian family, she loves to travel to Los Angeles and Maui as much as she can. As a child of the 80’s, its all about 80’s alternative music and attending music festivals that feature 80’s punk, alternative and goth bands.
