As one of the founding partners and the face of Paragon Claims Group (PCG), I bring over 17 years of hands-on experience in the insurance and claims industry. My career as an independent adjuster has taken me through nearly every facet of the property claims process – from field adjusting and desk review to management roles and specialized consulting.

I’ve handled residential and commercial claims across the country, served as a commercial building consultant, been ground zero for several catastrophes, and operated my own insurance appraisal business. This broad background gives me a deep understanding of both the technical and human sides of the claims process.
