His expertise spans commercial property, builder’s risk, boiler and machinery, inland marine, equipment breakdown, earthquake, catastrophe, and residential property claims. Ronald has successfully managed high‑severity large losses across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, high‑rise, and multi‑family properties, including hospital flood losses, university explosion loss, hurricane losses and multiple wind, hail, and freeze events.

Ronald serves a wide range of industry sectors, including aviation and aircraft, manufacturing and industrial, warehousing and distribution, retail, agriculture, public entities, municipalities, real estate, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, medical and healthcare facilities, and senior living communities.

He holds the Project Management Professional and Certified Appraisal Professional designations, along with certifications in Appraisal Under Policy and Major and Complex Loss.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Ronald has hands‑on aviation experience maintaining Boeing 707 aircraft and is FAA‑licensed as a private pilot. He received the National Defense Service Medal.
