Keri Lefferts is a Director at the Argo Group, where she currently leads a Claims team who handles complex general liability, advertising injury, and excess liability claims across the United States. In this role, she provides strategic direction on non-litigated and litigated matters, oversees coverage analysis and reserving, and partners with insureds, brokers, and underwriters to achieve effective and favorable outcomes. Keri has been with the Argo Group since April 2025. Prior to joining Argo, she was employed at another leading insurance carrier for 15 years serving as an AVP/Claims Manager and as an Executive Claim Director in Excess Casualty, where she managed catastrophic and multi-million-dollar losses involving different attachment points and complex coverage disputes. With more than two decades in the legal and insurance industries, she is known for her leadership and technical expertise in coverage analysis, litigation strategy and collaborative approach in large loss resolution. Keri is a licensed attorney and adjuster, bringing a uniquely integrated legal and claims perspective to high-exposure matters. She holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University.
