Trina serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Claims Officer, having been named to the position in 2025.
She joined the company as Head of Casualty Claims Operations in 2024, and was named a Vice President the same year. She began her insurance career in 1997, and has nearly three decades of claims experience on the agency and carrier sides of the business, mostly recently serving as Head of Alternative Risk Transfer Services.
Trina earned an M.B.A. in Conflict & Negotiation Management from TUI University in Cypress, CA; completed the 2-Year Intensive Leadership Program at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY; and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Chapman University in Orange, CA, and an Associate’s Degree from Skagit Valley Community College in Mount Vernon, WA. She holds New York State Broker/Agent License, and is pursuing her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) professional designation.
