With eleven years at Grange Insurance, Barbara Brown serves as Chief Claims Officer, overseeing Property, Casualty, Legal and Auto Material Damage Claims. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the legal and insurance industry, with deep expertise in personal and commercial first- and third-party claims. Barbara holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin. She also earned her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.
