Paul manages a group of eight claims professionals tasked with managing Energy and Construction Defect claims across the United States for AXA XL. Paul is based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining AXA XL in 2015, Paul spent 14 years at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty. Paul has 22 years of domestic and international claim handling experience, including construction, general & products liability, subrogation and toxic tort claim experience as well as reinsurance dispute resolution experience. Paul earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from California State University at Long Beach and his Master of Science in Insurance Management from Boston University. Additionally, Paul has obtained numerous insurance designations, including the ARe, ARM, CPCU, CRIS & SCLA designations.
