With over a decade of experience in personal lines insurance, Jazmin exemplifies her own philosophy: she successfully transitioned her career from Operations to Talent Management.
She collaborates closely with HR, Compensation, the Leadership Institute, Talent Acquisition, Corporate Learning, and Enterprise Divisional Leaders, building strong partnerships across the organization. Jazmin thrives on teamwork, leading and supporting diverse projects, and keeping employees at the center to drive business success.

Jazmin is the recipient of the Women Inspiring NV Award (2024). She holds a B.A. in Journalism and Media, an M.A. in Communication Studies and Rhetoric, and a Doctorate in Public Policy from UNLV—Go Rebels! She has achieved every educational goal she set for herself while maintaining a strong and influential presence in her work and community. Beyond her professional life, Jazmin is passionate about traveling internationally to learn about different cultures and savor their cuisines. She shares her home with Elvira, her 17-year-old Porkie (half Pomeranian, half Yorkie). Jazmin starts every day with movement—you’ll often find her in bootcamp classes, weightlifting, or in Zumba. Her personal motto is inspired by “Live Life in Crescendo”: your greatest work is still ahead of you.
