Max is a claims advocate and has 10 years of commercial line claims experience. He began his career handling workers’ compensation claims on behalf of public entities. He then continued his career managing claims for small to medium-sized businesses in various industries, where he focused on large losses, and eventually transitioned to claims advocacy consulting on complex claim matters in multiple lines of business across various jurisdictions.

He believes in an aggressive and pragmatic approach to creating solutions for complex problems in a cost-effective and favorable manner.

A graduate of the UC Riverside, Max earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is a licensed Self-Insurance Plan Administrator (SIP).

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, playing basketball, and eating his way through Southern California with his wife, Janice.
