Eileen Fay is the Vice President of Casualty Claims at Palomar Specialty Insurance, where she leads claims oversight and management for the casualty, professional liability, environmental and cyber practices. With over 20 years of industry experience, Eileen has an extensive background in commercial liability claims, specializing in complex general liability and is recognized for developing and leading claims training programs. Prior to joining Palomar, she held leadership roles at Chubb and W.R. Berkley, overseeing various commercial claims teams. Eileen has her B.A. in Political Science from St. Joseph’s University and her J.D. from The Villanova School of Law. Eileen is a licensed attorney in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
