Since 1998, Terrence has dedicated his career to casualty claims, leveraging his passion for service that began during his time as a medic in the U.S. Army. Helping others has always been a core part of Terrence’s identity, and he saw the intricate world of claims as the perfect avenue to continue making a difference by helping others put their lives back together.

From his early days at USAA, Terrence dove headfirst into the complexities of claims management, steadily building a reputation for tackling challenges at all levels. He transitioned to a non-standard carrier where he refined his expertise in litigation, and then embarked on a 17-year journey with Nationwide. At Nationwide, Terrence wore many hats—adjuster, manager, director, and senior strategic consultant—roles in which he not only gained hands-on experience but also shaped department-wide strategies. His ability to align claims strategies with regional priorities earned him a reputation as a forward-thinking leader and a collaborative bridge between teams. As Director of Casualty for Nationwide Private Client, he spearheaded key initiatives, further honing his leadership acumen.

Terrence’s next chapter at PURE Insurance allowed him to continue to grow in the high net worth space. He led casualty claims for the West, advanced to Head of Property and Casualty for the region, and eventually took on the role of Head of Casualty nationwide. Throughout his tenure, Terrence demonstrated an exceptional ability to simplify complex processes, provide innovative solutions, and navigate the evolving challenges of litigation with skill and foresight. His leadership has consistently driven positive outcomes and elevated team performance.
