Current Responsibilities
Rick is a trusted industry expert with a track record of improving transportation risk management for over 30 years. He is a thought leader who drives differentiated offerings by leveraging data, analytics, knowledge of industry best practices, and marketplace insights. He serves as a strategic and tactical advisor for implementing and improving insurance programs, alternative risk transfer programs, claims processes, loss prevention and safety programs. He uses use those experiences in his mission to help transportation companies improve their risk profile, reduce their exposure to accidents and losses, and optimize their performance and profitability.

Experience
Rick joined Marsh in April, 2024 and brings industry experience including being directly responsible for thousands of commercial motor vehicles and billions of miles traveled, and exponentially more as an outside adviser designing and implementing programs tailored to specific operational risks from 2020 to 2024.
