Bethany Jansen is a distinguished leader in the IT and insurance sectors, known for her strategic vision and expertise in content strategies, generative AI (GenAI), and leveraging data-driven insights to foster growth. She currently serves as Head of Distribution & Partnerships at Adaptive Insurance, where she focuses on driving strategic collaborations and expanding market opportunities.

As a 2023 Women in Insurance Leadership NEXT Honoree by Digital Insurance, Bethany has built a reputation as a change agent, bringing innovative solutions to life within the insurance industry, particularly in small business insurance and Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines.

Bethany’s extensive experience in technology, people management, and organizational strategy has enabled her to drive impactful outcomes across American Family Insurance. Her expertise in leveraging technology to transform business operations helped the company remain at the forefront of industry advancements.

Prior to her work in insurance, Bethany held various roles in public policy and financial management with the State of Wisconsin, laying the foundation for her strategic leadership.

She holds a B.A. in Political Science and Public Administration from Winona State University and an MPA in Financial Management from Northern Illinois University. Outside of her professional work, she is an active community member, leading the selection team for the Lino Lakes Ambassador Program and mentoring local candidates.
