Tanya Kalby is an Executive Casualty General Adjuster based out of Engle Martin’s Seattle, Washington office. She is a part of Engle Martin’s National Casualty Practice, an elite group of adjusters with the expertise and flexibility to manage an array of casualty claims. With over 30 years of experience in property and casualty claims management, she specializes in a wide range of complex cases, including Catastrophic Property Damage, Builders Risk Losses, Construction Defect, Commercial General Liability, and Environmental claims. Tanya has successfully managed high-profile assignments, such as managing historic building construction liability claims valued at $4.5 million, warehouse fire losses valued at over $20 million, as well as fatality injury claims and product liability class action losses.

Throughout her career, Tanya has excelled in a variety of leadership roles spanning claims, operations management, and senior adjusting positions. Tanya is also a part of the Claims and Litigation Management (CLM) alliance and has been a key speaker and subject matter expert in various insurance-related panels. She is OSHA-certified as an Environmental Specialist and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound.
