Gail Oliver is a highly respected professional with a proven track record in the property and casualty industry. Beginning her career as a property and casualty claims representative, Gail knows the intricacies of the claims business and has multi-line experience, Gail is recognized today for developing and implementing strategies in complex selling and operations environments, cost reduction initiatives, and creating a positive work environment focused on customer service at Sedgwick. She has excelled in managing a wide array of claims operations throughout her career and is a recognize leader for developing and implementing strategies in complex selling and operations environments, cost reduction initiatives, and creating a positive work environment focused on customer service.

In addition, Gail has served on Sedgwick’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and is currently a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board as well as a member of the Colleague Mentoring Network Team.

Gail earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in speech communications from The Pennsylvania State University. She has received the Associate in Claims designation and completed The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Leading the Effective Sales Force, American Education Institute – Property Claims Law Program.
