Lisa Lampkin is a Partner at Freeman Mathis & Gary. She is licensed to practice in California and Arizona. She represents insurers in a variety of matters, including the prosecution and defense of declaratory relief, equitable contribution, rescission, interpleader, and bad faith actions.

Her practice involves counseling clients regarding their coverage obligations and rights against others, litigating insurance actions, and advising clients on program-wide issues such as claims handling, litigation management, and underwriting. She frequently provides clients with advice regarding claims made under Commercial General Liability, Aviation, Professional Liability, Umbrella and Excess Liability policies.

Lisa has also participated in a secondment program in both the U.S. and London insurance markets. During her secondment, she worked directly with an insurer's in-house legal team on a daily basis. In that role, she provided guidance on a wide range of issues involving global specialty insurance risks.
She works closely with her clients to manage their monetary exposure and reputational risk in large exposure claims, as well as finding practical solutions to resolve disputes in the most cost-effective manner. She has experience representing clients in federal and state courts throughout the country.
