Joey Daryanani possesses over 39 years of experience in property and casualty insurance with CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA insurer. Currently, he directs CSAA’s Operations Shared Services, overseeing both internal and external insurance operations, including supporting Claims and Policyholder Services, and enhances the organization's internal capabilities and resources. Additionally, Joey is a member of CSAA’s AI Council and spearheads initiatives addressing social inflation and legal system abuse, which continues to present ongoing challenges in the insurance industry. He also serves as the Executive Sponsor of CSAA’s Somos Unidos Employee Resource Group.
