Mr. Quallich is an Associate General Counsel for Nationwide Insurance where he has served in various roles including Claims Operations & Strategic Initiatives; Property & Casualty Claims Legal Counsel, and Managing Attorney.

Mr. Quallich has extensive experience in the legal & insurance industries. He has managed claims and litigation in multiple capacities, as an in-house people leader of a Fortune 100’s legal staff counsel operations, corporate claims counsel, and private counsel for global corporations, insurance companies, and industry-leading businesses. He is a highly accomplished trial attorney and appellate counsel. He has served as national coordinating counsel, managing claims and litigation throughout most of the United States.

Mr. Quallich is a professionally trained mediator and nationally certified arbitrator. He has had numerous professional speaking engagements, teaching opportunities, and literary contributions on a wide variety of topics.

Mr. Quallich is the Vice Chair of the Ohio State Bar Association Insurance Committee and former Chair of the Insurance Staff Counsel Committee. He has the distinction of having earned an Preeminent (AV) rating by Martindale Hubbell. He is a member of numerous honorary legal organizations, including the Order of Barristers and the Trial Attorneys of America.

Mr. Quallich earned his law degree from Cleveland College of Law (Ohio) and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati.
