This session will use case studies and statistics to show how third-party breaches have become a top cyber threat for legal organizations as they increasingly turn to vendors for their data and technology needs.  We will also discuss what proactive steps can be taken to address these exposures from both a cybersecurity and cyber insurance coverage perspective.
