Jake Sloan is Global Industry Manager of Insurance at Appian. Jake has spent 20+ years utilizing technology to deliver innovative, digital transformation initiatives that often result in “largest,” “first in history,” or “unattainable” change. Jake brings extensive experience to Appian as a change leader driving strategy and business transformation in the Insurance industry. He has held senior Operations roles with Farmers Insurance, including front-line Insurance/licensed field operations, and served as CIO of Aon National Flood Services. Jake volunteers as a mentor to the Global Insurance Accelerator, holds an MBA from Baker University and a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) of Harvard Business School.
