Tina L. Koch, CPCU, ARe, is the Head of the Claims Operations, Analytics & Reporting Department at Munich Reinsurance America Services. She manages a diverse team responsible for governance, portfolio management, outlier management, system management & integration, and data analytics for Claims.
Having joined Munich Re in 1997 as an actuarial analyst, Tina has held several positions within the organization. Prior to joining Munich Re, she worked as an Industrial Engineer at United Parcel Service and in Strategic Planning at Dauphin Deposit Bank. As a graduate of Lehigh University, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
Tina has served as Governor of the Northeast Region of the CPCU Society and as President of the Central Jersey CPCU Chapter. She is an avid reader, a tea enthusiast and enjoys kayaking and snorkeling.
