Stacey Henry is the Project Manager and Sales & Marketing Rep for ClickClaims. Wearing both of those hats allows Stacey to work one-on-one with clients from their first ClickClaims demo to their own live ClickClaims site making sure they have the settings and features they need for their specific needs. Stacey started in the insurance industry in 1996 as a Salvage Clerk for a regional insurance company in Lexington, KY. She quickly moved on to a Claims Adjuster position working multi-line claims. When she married her husband, she needed a job that could move with her every 2-3 years due to her husband being a Marine. She took a position with an independent adjusting firm and eventually became the Vice President of Compliance & Training. That IA firm was one of ClickClaims’ first clients. She used ClickClaims for 10 years on a daily basis handling daily claims and numerous catastrophe events. She knows how to make the system work best for day-to-day processes no matter the type of claim. Stacey came to work for ClickClaims almost 2 years ago and uses her knowledge as a hands-on user to better the experience for all our clients.
