Deb Zawisza is Vice President of Research and Consulting at Novarica. Prior to joining the firm, she spent 8 years as SVP/CIO for Claims and Loss Control at Travelers where she lead core system modernization, data and analytic capability expansion, digital transformation and Agile operating model implementation. Deb has also served as the SVP CIO/CTO at The Phoenix Companies (now Nassau Re) for life, annuity and investment management. In addition, she has held roles as a Senior Principal Consultant at PwC and various IT leadership roles at Aetna for Commercial P/C, Life, Annuity and Pensions. She attended Rennselaer Polytechnic's MBA program and holds a BBA from Adelphi University.
