Naomi B. Kinderman is the Vice President of Claims Senior Counsel for Berkley Insurance Company and serves as the Assistant Vice President – Counsel for W. R. Berkley Corporation. Naomi is responsible for providing litigation and claims oversight for bad faith litigation, coverage litigation and high exposure complex claims for several Berkley companies throughout the enterprise. She also manages the enterprise-wide coverage counsel panel. Prior to joining W. R. Berkley Corporation, Naomi was Assistant Vice President – Counsel at The Hartford. In that role, she directed and managed bad faith and extra-contractual litigation across all lines of business. Before going in house, she was in private practice in Connecticut.
