Cathy formed Ellwood Enterprises after 25+ years with Nationwide Insurance, a Fortune 100 company. Ellwood Enterprises is a consulting firm that helps organizations and leaders achieve their strategic objectives. Her firm offers leadership development, rotation programs, strategic research and executive coaching. Cathy began her career working in claims and has held a wide range of leadership positions in corporate strategy, information technology and finance. She served as President and Board Chair of the IASA and frequently speaks at insurance, accounting and technology conferences. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Capital University and an M.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
