Michael joined the company in 1999, and as Executive Director he has successfully led Wilber to become one of the top subrogation recovery firms in the country. He provides general oversight, executing the President’s vision, to accelerate growth into the future. Michael ensures that departments run smoothly, always keeping Wilber performing above and beyond client expectations. He welcomes new technological advancements that streamline work flow and ensures that work standards are in accordance with Wilber’s Professional Practices Management System (PPMS) and client requirements. A graduate of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (B.S. IT, 1991), Michael has been involved in receivables management since 1991, managing collection agencies and law firms of both regional and national service. He is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA International). Michael welcomes opportunities to discuss subrogation recovery issues with clients and subrogation/collection professionals either directly or at national and regional conferences. Michael believes that the professional collection law firm, staffed by motivated people of character and facilitated by technology, can provide a preeminent receivables management/subrogation recovery service.
