Joe joined the firm in April of 2009. He earned his undergraduate degree in Marketing from Denver University and his MBA in Information Management Systems from Regis University in Denver. Joe has a diverse and extensive background in insurance, senior administration, tactical marketing and operations improvement, including 30 years of experience in the insurance and recovery business. Joe assists the Wilber Team with strategic vision and company development to assist in future business opportunities and expansion projects. Joe has served on the Advisory Board of Illinois State University Katie School of Insurance and is currently Secretary of the Chicago chapter of NAFA. He has been a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) for 5 years.
