Tina Viens is a respected leader with over 30 years of experience in the auto auction industry. Currently, Tina is the Senior Director of Client Solutions where her main focus is supporting IAA’s Total Loss Solutions suite of products. These services are geared towards improving customer satisfaction and effectively managing costs during the total loss claims process, all areas in which Tina has ample experience with clients. Her career originally began as a title clerk at the IAA Manchester, NH branch where she held various positions including Auction Clerk and Office Supervisor before transitioning to a regional administrative role where she helped create and maintain operational efficiencies as well as support strategic projects. In 2008, she became an Application Trainer for IAA’s provider platform and supporting projects, helping bring the customer perspective into the software development world to build smarter solutions and products. Then in 2014, Tina was promoted to Product Manager over vehicle provider-facing products where she continued to align the customer needs and goals with the development opportunities as well as managing the Application Training team. Throughout her career, Tina has been instrumental in challenging expectations, driving innovation and sharing her knowledge of the industry with her trademark humor and positive attitude.
