Aaron Mutnick obtained his law degree from Baylor University School of Law in 2008 and began his legal career as a plaintiff's attorney suing insureds and insurance companies. In 2014 he became a Litigation Attorney for Shelter Mutual Insurance and manages lawsuits against insureds and his company. Aaron is currently enrolled in the nation's first ever Executive LL.M. in Litigation Management at his alma mater Baylor, and is researching methods for insurers to use data analytics to optimize the workload of claims professionals and outside counsel. He has presented on insurance topics ranging from drones and autonomous vehicles to "cyber" insurance and the Restatement of the Law- Liability Insurance.
