She has deep expertise in P&C claims for both personal and commercial lines, and in digital services, including lean management, digital, automation and advanced analytics. She earned an MBA from Harvard University, a master’s degree in management from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Reims, France, and an undergraduate degree from La Universidad de Deusto in Bilbao, Spain.
